They let me know how much longer an order might be. Theres usually a member of staff up front and if not, its not long before someone is up front. I never see anyone slacking off, everyone is always busy. The food comes out quicker than other Little Caesars Ive been to. Sometimes the wait time may take up to 15mins longer than quoted but has only happened during a busy time like Saturday at 5pm. Ive been to LC in Temecula, Menifee, and Riverside and dreaded getting a LC order bc I knew Id never be able to get the staffs attention and get my order in a timely manner. ”
